The accounting team at Łysoń was faced with a daily, repetitive task of manually downloading bank statements from several systems and comparing them with data in the ERP. The process required knowledge of multiple posting schemes, was time-consuming and burdensome – especially with a large number of bank accounts.

Scope of automation

Once the user logs into the online banking system, the robot takes over: it downloads statements, identifies the relevant entries in the ERP, matches them according to transaction logic, performs reconciliations, and generates an Excel report with settlements and discrepancies. The final file is automatically sent to designated recipients, eliminating the need for manual analysis.
