Automated verification of counterparties across multiple registers
Case study (featured)
Business context
Until now, verification of counterparties at Atal was carried out manually – employees independently searched registers such as KRS, CEIDG, the White List, VIES and UK VAT, and then prepared reports based on the collected data. This way of working was time-consuming, prone to errors, and difficult to scale as the number of entities increased.
Scope of automation
The implemented robot enables automated verification of counterparties based on NIP numbers taken from an Excel file. The robot logs into open databases and registers, collects complete information about the entities, and then generates reports in Excel and PDF format. The entire process runs without user involvement, ensuring consistency and speed.
Technologies used
SAIO Client, Excel, open company data platforms
Implementation results
- Shortening the counterparty verification time from around one hour to several minutes.
- Reducing the risk of errors in data analysis and reporting.
- Enabling faster handling of a higher number of counterparties.
- Standardisation and full auditability of the process.
- Relieving employees from monotonous administrative tasks.
