SAIO’s AI and automation specialists are the only Polish company in a prestigious global ranking
News (featured)
The “RPA Products PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2024” report by Everest Group is one of the most respected rankings of leading Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology providers worldwide. It includes only 27 companies that help both corporations and SMEs eliminate repetitive, tedious office tasks through so-called software robots. SAIO, previously listed as an “Aspirant,” advanced to the “Major Contender” category in 2024.
Companies in the Major Contenders group stand out for investing in multiple complementary solutions enabling comprehensive Intelligent Automation (IA), combining various technologies, and delivering sector-specific implementations.
Employees of Polish companies are tired of repetitive computer tasks
According to SAIO’s research*, nearly 75 percent of employees at Polish companies lose too much time each day to repetitive computer tasks, and as many as 79 percent say it’s demotivating and can even lead to burnout. Meanwhile, software robots handle repetitive activities for employees across many areas such as accounting, finance, controlling, HR, procurement, sales, and customer service. Moreover, RPA technology allows company staff to deploy virtual assistants on their own, sometimes in as little as two to three weeks. This lets them focus on more creative tasks than, for example, posting invoices or filling out time-consuming reports. To date, SAIO has deployed over 2,000 software robots in Poland and around the world.

Combining AI and automation is the key to finding savings in companies
According to Everest Group representatives, SAIO’s high position in the ranking is justified by the platform’s continuous development, particularly the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and large language models (LLMs). The evaluators also recognized the company’s growing market position, an expanding customer offering, ongoing product investment, and the broadening partner ecosystem. As a result, in 2024 SAIO doubled both revenue and headcount. To support future talent, in June 2024 the company also partnered with the University of Economics in Katowice to run workshops, trainings, hackathons, and internships.
— In Everest Group’s RPA Products PEAK Matrix®, SAIO earned the title of Star Performer and moved from Aspirant to Major Contender. This is the result of continued investment in a vision for intelligent automation, mainly through adding AI/LLM capabilities such as SAIO Chat and IntelligentForms, as well as the dynamic development of its partner ecosystem and year-over-year business scale — says Anish Nath, Practice Director at Everest Group. Clients also highlighted SAIO’s strengths such as customer focus, ease of use, flexibility, and the platform’s affordability — Nath added.
— We are extremely proud to represent Poland on the international stage and to be recognized by Everest Group as one of the major global players in such a prestigious ranking — says Przemysław Lewicki, CEO of SAIO. This achievement is above all a testament to the commitment, innovation, and hard work of our outstanding team, but also to the openness of Polish and international companies to seek savings using cutting-edge technologies. The fact that we create them on the Vistula shows that Poland holds a truly strong position in the world of AI and automation — Lewicki adds.
