This event once again demonstrated how rapidly the work of analysts is evolving and how significant a role automation and AI play today.

During our session, we talked about the practical use of RPA and artificial intelligence at ING and across the entire ING Group. The speakers included:

• Jacek Tochowicz – on the development of SAIO from the RoboPlatform to a modern automation environment.
• Marloeke van der Kruijf (ING NL) – on managing technology and innovation within a global organization.
• Tomasz Radochoński – on the capabilities of the SAIO platform.
• Katarzyna Płonka – on process automation at ING Bank Śląski.
• Marcin Mroskowiak – on SAIO automation implementations at ING Switzerland.
• Jacek Tochowicz – a demo of an automation using LLMs in ESG reporting.

It is worth noting that among those involved in organizing the event were also representatives of the QUANTUM board – Kamil Kasperczyk and Paweł Sikora, who collaborate with SAIO on a daily basis. This only shows how naturally academic and business perspectives come together today.
