The Everest Group “Intelligent Process Automation Platform (IPAP) PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2025” is one of the world’s leading rankings evaluating providers of process automation technologies that integrate AI, automation, and low-code tools within a single, comprehensive platform. In its latest edition, Everest Group assesses the capabilities of these platforms, their market strength, ability to deliver advanced solutions, and the direction of product development.
SAIO, which has consistently appeared in PEAK Matrix® reports since 2022, was previously listed in the category related to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology. This year’s recognition of SAIO as a Major Contender confirms the company’s strategic evolution and the dynamic growth of its product portfolio.
In its justification for this year’s distinction, Everest Group highlights SAIO’s rapid development, particularly in AI and intelligent automation:
“SAIO’s strong product vision and clearly defined roadmap, combined with continuous investments in expanding platform capabilities, have enabled the company to achieve Major Contender status in the Everest Group Intelligent Process Automation Platform (IPAP) PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2025,” says Anish Nath, Practice Director at Everest Group.
“Key platform enhancements, such as SAIO AI Agents, SAIO Navigator, and SAIO Forms, have further strengthened its position. A customer-centric approach, flexibility, direct access to developers building tailor-made solutions, regular feature updates, and robust product support are among the most important factors contributing to high customer satisfaction,” Nath adds.
The growing role of SAIO in the global automation market
Over the past year, SAIO has significantly expanded its offering and the automation capabilities available to companies. Today, the platform includes intelligent AI agents, robotic process assistants (BPM), low-code tools, and a wide range of features for handling unstructured data.
SAIO solutions successfully support organizations across areas such as accounting, finance, operations, HR, procurement, logistics, customer service, and back-office functions. The company has already deployed more than 2,000 business robots in Poland and around the world.
“Being included in a global ranking confirms that the development of SAIO products is moving in the right direction. In recent years, we have consistently invested in expanding RPA, AI, and BPM technologies to respond even better to customer needs. Our goal is to provide clients with complete tools for intelligent automation — and we are pleased that this has been recognized internationally,” says Przemysław Lewicki, CEO of SAIO. “It is also a signal to the market that technologies created in Poland are genuinely competing with the world’s largest players and helping set the direction for intelligent automation.”
The company is often cited as an example of the growing technological potential of the region informally referred to as the “Silesian Silicon Valley,” which is increasingly establishing its presence on the map of European innovation hubs.
“We want to show that high-quality technologies can also be created in a region that has undergone a profound transformation over the years — from heavy industry to modern services and advanced software. We are proud that SAIO is part of this change,” the CEO adds.
